HOLLY DOSS COSMETICS SHIPPING, ORDER & RETURN POLICY:
ORDERS
Thank
you for your recent order with Holly Doss Cosmetics. Please read the
email confirmation you receive very closely. If any changes need to be
made or if you did not place this order, please contact customer
service at info@hollydoss.com or 310.801.3708 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., PST, Monday through Friday.
Orders
are processed within 1 business day. Although we do not guarantee
changes can be made prior to the shipment of your order, Holly Doss
Cosmetics customer service representatives will assist you in the best
possible way. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Orders
received after 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the next
business day. Holly Doss Cosmetics considers business days to be Monday
through Friday, excluding the 5 major holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We
ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Next
Day Air, UPS Second Day Air. All USPS Priority Mail will be shipped
with Delivery Confirmation for tracking and delivers in 2-3 business
days but is not guaranteed. All USPS Express Mail includes a tracking
number and is a guaranteed service. For USPS tracking and guaranteed
service details, please see www.usps.com. UPS Ground service reaches
most destinations in the continental United States within 2-7 business
days. UPS Next Day Air service and UPS 2nd Day Air service is an
additional cost. These expedited orders will ship the same day they are
placed, provided that the order is placed before 2:00pm Eastern
Standard Time and that the ordered items are IN STOCK.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
Your order's chosen shipping method must be UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day air service.
POST OFFICE BOXES, APO, FPO
USPS
Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail will ship to Post Office Boxes but
is not available to APO or FPO addresses. UPS service of any type is
not available for Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO delivery.
SHIPPING RATES
Our
shipping rates are based on the weight(s), size(s), packaging materials
and overall box dimension(s) for your ordered products. Once your order
is shipped, you will receive e-mail confirmation along with the
tracking number for your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Refused
packages are subject to a 20% restock fee plus the actual shipping
charges incurred. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not
orignially charged under free shipping promotions.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
It
is our practice to have all items available to you at the time of your
order. If any items on your order are out of stock, we will notify you
via e-mail. We will provide you with the anticipated availability date.
We will offer substitution options for a quicker delivery but we will
not automatically substitute any item without your consent.
RETURN POLICY
At
Holly Doss Cosmetics, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If
you are dissatisfied in any way, prior to the product being opened, we
will gladly issue a refund using your original method of payment. A
restock fee of 10% with no reimbursement for original shipping and
handling applies. Due to the nature of our products, notification must
be received within seven (7) days of receipt of the product by emailing
orders@hollydoss.com at which time you will receive a return
authorization number. We regret we are unable to reimburse return
shipping fees. All returns must be placed in the original packaging
with your original packing slip placed in the return box. You must
CLEARLY write your return authorization number on the front of the
package. For security reasons, packages that do not include this number
will be refused and sent back to you. Returns can only be shipped to

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If there is a defect in the product(s), notify us immediately by emailing Customer Service at orders@hollydoss.com to advise us of the nature of the defect.
