I absolutely love a "highlighted" face, whether it has been applied with a cream or stick pre-foundation, or as a final dusting with a shimmer powder. Although both looks are gorgeous, I have to say though that my preference this fall is the shimmer powder applied to the t-zone as a final step in the makeup process. By using the shimmer powder, the amount of light you bring to your face can be controlled a little better and that is a plus when skin begins to change with the seasons.
