Dear Holly,
I know that white eyeshadow is very popular right now, but I don't know how to wear it and how to do the rest of my face. I have light hair and skin also!

You are correct, white eyeshadow is still very popular right now and most people are a little intimidated by it and are unsure of how to wear it. No matter what your hair and skin color, you can wear white shadow this month.
 I suggest wearing a bone shade of white with a hint of shimmer like 'Cotton Patch' (shown here). Apply it all over your lid and then apply it again on your lower lid.
 Line your eyes with a black waterproof eyeliner such as 'Raven'. Waterproof liner is so important when you wear white shadow because if the black runs, your eyes will end up looking grey and like you didn't know to "smoke" your eyes out properly.
Keep your cheeks rosy with a light pink blush such as 'Babydoll' (shown left). Apply it on the apples of your cheeks and blend with a professional sponge. Finally, opt for a brown-red lipstick such as 'Marrissa' (shown right).
