BUSHY BROW KNOW-HOW

In case you haven't heard, "bushy" brows are making a comeback. I know what you must be thinking..."Bushy" sounds a little, well, unruly, but in defense of the fashion/beauty industry, I really don't think anyone has another word to describe this "look"! "Bushy" in this context is actually is referring to a thicker, softer, more natural brow as opposed to the sparse, pencil-thin, tragically plucked-to-death brow. No, "bushy" brows are a good, good thing and can be attained by anyone!

The key to getting this look is patience, shaping know-how, and the right products. I highly, highly, highly suggest purchasing Anastasia'sBROW STENCILS to layout your perfect arch/goal. Pick the stencil that yields to fuller brows. Once you lay the stencil, go ahead and take a brow highling pencil and mark this entire area. Everything outside of the area obviously needs to be removed and everything inside the area needs to be filled with brows, pencil, and powder.

As far as the actual brow hair, refer to this previous blog to learn how to trim the top of the brow line. Then, apply BROW MATCH Brow Mascara, in your shade, to the actual hair inside the stencil. Next, sketching horizontally, fill the leftover area with INDELIBLE BROW LINER until the area is naturally covered. *For those of you married to brow powder, I like Anastasia's BROWS IN BLOOM kit.
